My Workout Plan
Now that I’ve started working out, my weight loss has accelerated, and I have more energy than ever! My workout plan consists of cardio and weight training. I’ll post more about my particulars, but just know that I am on treadmill for at least 30 minutes each day, and my weight training program is from a book entitled “The New Rules of Lifting: 6 Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle”. The premise of the book is that the majority of your moves should be “whole body” moves that maximum the amount of work you do.
